Today I went to a bar/creperie here in angers and got an apricot crepe J The crepe was great but I’d also ordered a coca cola cuz it was the only thing on the menu I knew for sure wasn’t alcoholic and it was like 1pm. The first time I drank caffeine since I left the states was in late December in Turkey. I got a coke right before one of my finals and the result was a huge caffeine rush. So afterwards I went back to no caffeine until the day I was in Nantes and tried to order a drink using just French. I ended up with some sort of coffee drink which was NOT what I’d hoped to order. Oh well. I dumped all the sugar tubes given me into it and got about half way through. Bleh. So today was take number three – a coke again. The result was a small caffeine rush but more of a headache. Guess I’ll wait to ease back into caffeine when I’m back in the states.
